The purpose of this module is two-fold and introduces participants to leadership and ethics concepts.  In the first instance, the modules differentiates concepts of management and leadership. Participants learn about their leadership skills and how to use those skills with employees. Participants also learn to make meaningful change in their organizations and finally, participants develop skills and expertise in creating effective teams in their organizations. In the second instance, participants learn basic and advanced concepts in ethics ranging from corporate social responsibility to stakeholder theory.  They also critically examine concepts that deal with the moral dimensions of ethics.
